RISK FACTORS (for melanoma appearance)

- Bright skin, red and blond hair, bright eyes
- Sunburn before the age of 20
- Cogenital moles
- Atypical moles (large, asymmetrical, uneven colors and borders)
- More than 50 moles on skin
- Appearance of many maculas on back
- Appearance of melanoma in the closest family
- High level of exposure to solar radiation and UV rays at tenning salons.
- Weak immunity system (persons with leuchemia, other carcinoma, HIV possitive, after organ transpantation, use of medicines that minimize immunity)
- Carcinogene substances (ugljeni katran, kreozot, neki pesticidi i herbicidi, radijum)
- The risk of melanom appearance grows with the ages and the it is in general bigger for men than for women.
